    We also offer consulting and representation to our clients in all matters concerning the deceased’s estate, such as the distribution of the estate, the settelement of claims to compulsory portion of estate and the handling of legacies.

    We represent our clients out of court, as well as in front of all district courts (Amtsgericht), regional courts (Landgericht) and higher regional courts (Oberlandesgericht) in Germany to enforce their claims from will, legacy or compulsory portion. Besides that we offer consulting servives as well.

    Finally we offer solutions concerning questions of inheritance tax and tax for gifts inter vivos.
